Summer Vacation Rentals

Come to the beach for vacation and enjoy nearby salt waters, golf, fishing, casinos, discount shopping, excellent restaurants and more. During spring from Mid February we offer rentals of private furnished homes situated throughout the Shoreline beaches West of the Thames River. Many are direct sandy beachfront with view and access to lovely waters of eastern Long Island Sound. These tidy well kept 2-7 bedroom homes and 2 bedroom condos are reasonably priced weekly rentals, utilities included. Arranged with 50% of the rent amount and lease, balance before check in, they will cost less than renting at area hotels. Viewing and inquiry Mon-Fri by appointment. Or, just come to our office Saturday & Sunday 11am-3pm.

Academic Rentals

If you are just moving to the area or need time to build your dream home, why not consider one of our fine private homes for a while. Many furnished winterized homes or condos are available and leased during the months of September thru June. Other properties are leased out short term, monthly plus utilities. These rentals are leased. Application, references, credit report and deposit are required.
