Elizabeth M (Langevin) Carlson

Elizabeth, a western Massachusetts native, began her journey to Block Island during her college years joining the island’s summer work force. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with her Bachelor of Arts Degree, Elizabeth took up residency on Block Island. The island became her home for many years of work and enjoyment.

In 2008 she purchased a home in Griswold, Ct and commuted to Block Island for work, keeping her love of the island and community. In early 2015 Gail Ballard Hall and Elizabeth acquired Shore and Country Real Estate LLC, a well-established sales and vacation rental agency in Old Lyme Ct.

While continuing to work with her Rhode Island clients she now operates the Shore and Country Real Estate LLC office in Old Lyme with her husband and realtor Aulay Carlson.
