Connecticut law requires that the Realtor furnished you with a written agreement setting forth all the terms and conditions of the representation between you and the Realtor. The Realtor must furnished you with this agreement prior to physically showing you a property that is not listed with the Realtor's firm. Generally, you will not be represented if you are shown property listed with the Realtor's firm. You may be unrepresented in this case should you wish to do so, however, you then are not entitled to the Realtor's confidentiality, loyalty, opinions or advice.
Area Price Trends

CMA
A Competitive Market Analysis is the study of the market specifically tailored to your property. It includes active completive listings, sold properties and expired unsold listings. This report is usually provided in the listing/selling or buying process for no fee when this agency is representing the buyer or seller. The CMA is not to be construed as an appraisal.
